Westworld held a panel to discuss season three at San Diego Comic Con yesterday, and not only did they give us some intriguing tidbits about what’s in store, they also released a new trailer! Check it out below!
The LA Times reports that the cast on hand – Evan Rachel Wood, Thandie Newton, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, and Aaron Paul – admitted that at times they are as confused as the audience. “It’s like playing a game of Clue…I think every day, I come up to Aaron on set and go, ‘OK, but seriously, what’s your story?'” Wood confesses.
Wright adds, “It’s a complex show. I think it requires focus. It requires thought…I think that’s a valuable thing now, in an age of consistent dumbing-down. Too often, we don’t accept ambiguity enough. We want this finite answer.” Thompson agrees, saying “There are so many ideas to explore about the nature of being human,” Thompson said. “I find being a human very confusing.”
The official Westworld Twitter account also shared some insights from the panel.

“I think this season, there’s a good mixture of Dolores and Wyatt. But she’s still full of surprises. She’s pretty ruthless.” – @evanrachelwood at #WestworldSDCC
